Rotation around the performer's Z axis while
transitioning onto the hands (as in a brief
handstand) with the legs apart, starting and
ending one leg at a time. In order to be
performed correctly the performer's hips must
be put above his head (as in an invert but with
hands). While considered its own move in
other sports such as gymnastics, in tricking it is
only a setup for other moves. Often
abbreviated as "cw"
