One rotation forwards around the performer's X
axis, but began from a backflip setup. The
performer jumps and makes one half rotation
around his
Y axis before inverting his body
and continuing the rotation around until landing
facing the opposite direction from where he
began. The performer bends his knees into a
tucked position in order to create the rotation.
Distinguishable from a 180backflip by the
visible 180 turn
separate from the flip itself.
