A cartwheel without putting the hands down.
The most technically correct form is the
"gymnastic aerial," where the move is actually
a full rotation around the performer's
Z axis
(flip), with a takeoff that happens one foot at a
time (and with the legs apart while airborn).
The move can also be performed as an
inverted butterfly, where it's known as a "karate
aerial."
