Any movement which on its own has little or no
difficulty but rather is only used to build
momentum into another move. Setups include
cartwheel, roundoff, scoot, hop step, j step,
windup(mobile) and windup(stationary). These
are all distinguishable from takeoffs because
they can be used along with a takeoff (ex.
scoot to pop540/ or scoot to cheat540\), and
distinguishable from a transition because any
of these setups can be performed with any
transition before it (ex. frontflip _cw backflip or
frontflip +cw trick)
