Simply try it. While tricking is for anyone who is physically fit enough to jump into the air, remember it is a good idea to be SAFE when learning, which means start small (don't go out and try your first backflip with no help!) and be sure to take precautionary measures whenever possible. A gymnastics facility is a good place to get your bearings because they have foam pits and soft mats! You can contact any local gymnastics facility and ask about "open gym" (a class that allows you to practice without involvement in any programs & without coaches).
